Fraza has welcomed the newest member to its human resources team, Christen Powers. Powers will be the director of human resources, collaborating closely with Fraza's department heads to drive employee development as well as engagement.

Prior to joining Fraza, Powers held positions as human resources director at Minth North America and vice president of human resources at MAT Holdings. Powers has previously worked on culture transformation to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, succession development and career planning, and benefit restructures. Powers has more than 20 years of experience in human resources.
