Dario Lopez, President and VP of SalesThis shift presents both an opportunity and a logistical challenge. Brands need to adapt quickly to capitalize on changing consumer preferences while ensuring their supply chain remains efficient.
That’s where Alliance steps in.
From custom repackaging to final delivery at the retail door, every aspect of the process is managed with precision. By optimizing packaging formats without disrupting production or distribution, Alliance empowers brands to capture new revenue streams while keeping pace with consumer demand.
“They gain a single point of contact,” says Dario Lopez, president and VP of sales. “While we take care of the packaging and operational headaches, our customers can focus on what they do best—producing great products.”

Each facility has packaging equipment that prioritizes customizing the product that fits the brand’s retailer’s specifications. Alliance runs a variety of paperboard folding cartons across different die-line structures, from compact four-packs (two-by-two cans) and 60-count packs to variety packs and single-SKU formats. Each carton is designed to maximize visibility and simplify handling at the retail level. Strength and durability are non-negotiable when it comes to packaging. Alliance’s corrugated cartons—available in 12, 24, 36 and 60-pack formats—are engineered to absorb impact and maintain structural integrity, ensuring products remain protected during transit and storage, arriving retail-ready.
“Our quality assurance team inspects quarantined products for leakers, graphic defects and other issues—ensuring only compliant, shelf-ready products make it to market,” says Christine Nickerson, VP of operations.
When efficiency meets retail strategy, sales follow, and this is where Alliance’s display-ready palletization takes shine. Stacking and layering clients’ products five or six layers high, creating half-pallet solutions that move directly to the sales floor. Alliance ensures efficiency doesn’t come at the cost of visual appeal. Its printed shrink film packaging enhances brand presence, wrapping products in three-pack up to a 35-pack configuration. The result? A sleek, polished look that stands out in compact spaces, drawing consumer attention while ensuring product integrity.
Promotions get an upgrade, too. Alliance’s custom kitting transforms standard packaging into a marketing tool, bundling beverages with limited-edition glassware or seasonal Flavour assortments to drive consumer engagement.
In 2017, a leading multinational food, snack and beverage company trusted Alliance for variety packs, printed shrink products, and multipacks. But managing repacking through multiple touchpoints slowed operations. To simplify the process, the company turned to Alliance with a question, “Can you take over warehousing and distribution too?” Alliance’s Brampton facility consolidated repackaging, warehousing and distribution in one place, eliminating extra touchpoints and accelerating deliveries to retailers. That day marked a turning point—since then, Alliance has managed every aspect of repackaging, warehousing and distribution for its clients, driving seamless operations and an optimized supply chain for faster, more efficient deliveries to retailers.
Now, Alliance is scaling even further. With a new Calgary facility set to open in 2025, the company is expanding across Canada—and setting its sights on North America, including the U.S.
Wherever the market moves, Alliance is there—delivering packaging that sells and supply chains that run without friction. That’s why Alliance always tells its customers, “Send your products to us, and we’ll take care of the rest”—a promise consistently delivered.
