Byan Systems has strategically organized its product development teams across different locations to enhance operational efficiency. Renowned for its strong background in engineering and manufacturing, the electro-hydraulic components and systems division is based out of Detroit, Michigan. Meanwhile, an electronics technology team from Reno, Nevada, has been set up to create electronic components and control boxes.
This well-thought-out structure allows the Lusk-based team to concentrate on developing work tactics, specifications, and validation, including the alpha and beta development programs. In turn, these programs are field tested by Byan’s distributors so that they meet the performance objectives. Regardless of a customer’s specification, Byan Systems is ready to address it at the earliest. This is evident from a customer collaboration where a New York City-based client faced problems with an error signal sent to their gates, causing a malfunction. To address this problem, Eric flew to the location with his technical liaison before diagnosing and fixing the problem onsite. Witnessing the company’s reliable service and maintenance initiative, the client greatly appreciated the work that helped solve their gate operation issues.

Internally, Byan Systems is investing significant resources into establishing a product development and testing center to benchmark technology quality control standards. In addition to meeting the basic performance requirements, the firm is diligently invested in having its products meet the UL 325 quality control standards as part of the product development process. This will accelerate its expansion plans to deliver safe and robust automatic doors, vehicular gates, louvers, and windows standards.
