The process included various processes, such as laser cutting, bending, welding, stamping, and painting.

Within two months, the client secured a commercially favorable solution with production underway and validated. As a result, they can now manufacture parts and ship three to four containers monthly from Santos Port, Brazil to Texas. The pricing of the parts matches the Chinese market’s competitiveness, underscoring this project’s resounding success.

The internal team comprises 18 members, each with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in metalworks manufacturing. Numerous members previously held ownership positions.
