The company’s portfolio comprises adhesives typically available in dry, web, net, perforated, slit films, or powder form, allowing almost any surface to be bonded quickly. Depending on the press type, time, temperature, and pressure specifications, Lenderink’s adhesives are classified into thermoplastics, thermosets, or pressuresensitive. Thermoset adhesives irreversibly cure with high-temperature and water resistance. Thermosets are generally used for applications in office furniture, musical instruments, marine, aircraft, and exterior. The typical chemistry is melamine, phenolic, or acrylic.

Unlike thermosets, thermoplastics are adhesives that flow when heated and harden/bond when cooled sufficiently. Thermoplastics, on the other hand, can undergo repeated cycles of melting and fusing, which gives flexibility for specific end uses. Typical chemistry is EVA, copolyamide, copolyester, TPU, urethane, polyethylene, or polypropylene.

Apart from adhesives, the company also has LAMINATING MACHINERY such as heated nip rolls, platen hot presses, and vacuum presses. The other prominent piece of equipment is a double belt machine with two large Teflon belts that heat, press, and cool adhesives in a continuous flow. This equipment is versatile enough to accommodate flat, flexible, or 3D materials.
