Arnold Magnetic Technologies appoints Aaron Williams as the new sales and marketing vice president.
FREMONT, CA: Arnold Magnetic Technologies, a subsidiary of Compass Diversified and one of the leading manufacturers specializing in high-performance magnets, magnetic assemblies, precision thin metals, and highly loaded composites, reveals the appointment of Aaron Williams as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, effective immediately. Aaron will assume direct responsibility for the Global Sales and Marketing Teams in his new position. Aaron's primary objectives and the Sales & Marketing Teams will revolve around implementing Arnold's growth strategies through various means, such as the Tech Center, new product launches, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fortify and leverage the Arnold brand.
Aaron joined Arnold in 2008 and has progressively advanced, traversing various engineering roles. His journey began as a co-op, after which he served as a Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and most recently, Director of Strategic Technologies and Business Development. Aaron's outstanding performance and contributions have earned him this promotion to VP of Sales and Marketing.

Aaron holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. His studies focused on operations, finance, and organizational strategy. Furthermore, Aaron actively participates in numerous professional organizations associated with Arnold, including the A3 Business Forum, SAE International, Motion Control and Motors Association, ITEC, Critical Materials Institute, and the National Armaments Consortium. In addition, he shares his expertise by teaching short courses on permanent magnet technologies at the University of Wisconsin WEMPEC program and various trade shows.
Having worked for 15 years in engineering and research and development within the magnetics industry, Aaron is well-versed in collaborating with industry peers, particularly in motors and motion, magnetics, MCMA, ECCE, and IEEE/IEMDC. He frequently engages with educational and research institutions, including the University of Kentucky, WEMPEC, Draper Labs, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), and AMES Labs.
