Fremont, CA: Datacor, a leading provider of process manufacturing and chemical distribution software, has acquired INFONETICS, a leading provider of software solutions to the welding supply and industrial gas industry. With the acquisition of TrackAbout in 2019, Datacor has developed a significant foothold in this market through its industry-specific ERP, CRM, and container tracking software solutions. The purchase of INFONETICS will broaden Datacor's products and is consistent with Datacor's vision of becoming the market leader in business software for the industrial gas and welding supply industries.
The operation will be managed by David J. Frea, president of INFONETICS, and his full management team.
