Fremont, CA: SyBridge Technologies, a global technological leader in the tooling and mold industry, announced today that its subsidiary, Concours Technologies ("Concours"), has announced the acquisition of Active Industrial Solutions. and Active Industrial Solutions Tennessee. This transaction marks the further expansion by SyBridge in the mobility tooling industry, especially in the fast-developing lighting, fascia and grille segment. Crestview Partners, a New York-based private equity company, set up SyBridge in 2019 and invested $200 million of equity to create a market leader across end-market, regional and advanced technical capabilities to offer value-added solutions to its customers.
