Through Trackunit Manager software, My Network app provides data for identifying and resolving device-related problems, increasing machine uptime and increasing ROI for owners. A self-service approach to My Network data allows OEMs, telematics program managers, rental and fleet managers, and service technicians to reduce time to resolution by up to 75 percent.
