When huge contracts come knocking on the door, organizations don’t think about their capacity. In the summer of 2019, an engineering team found themselves in a dilemma as they realized the lack of dedicated resources to fulfill a very large order. The search for a contract manufacturer that provided comprehensive services ended at Swisher Acquisitions. The machinery manufacturing company became the one-stop solution for all their requirements.

The team needed a specific part for the rear receiver of a vehicle and wanted to make it more flexible with improved functionality. As Swisher took over the project, its sales and engineering teams held multiple sessions with the client to understand their requirements. They brainstormed ideas to collectively come up with a universal and adjustable solution. The prototype was approved and put into production in just a matter of months.

Swisher designs and manufactures any product its customers require by utilizing various technologies in-house. One example is Solid Works, which is used to convert any DXF file from a customer into a design. It constantly seeks ways to manufacture products differently to cut down on costs while improving product quality.

From engineering, bending and forming, and metal fabrication to welding and paint booths, it uses best-in-class materials to ensure the quality of each product it manufactures.

While its prime focus is on products fabricated from steel, it is open to a wide variety of materials. Its assembly line covers everything from simple electrical assemblies to complete working units. Whether the requirement is for a complex portable hydraulic power unit with a standalone power source or a piece of lawn and garden equipment, it provides its customers with the full assembly process.

Centrally located in the U.S., Swisher’s facility makes it a good shipping hub for its customers. Its warehouse distribution agreement program enables customers to store their products for a monthly fee, if they do not want the order shipped immediately. It builds the crates and packaging in-house as part of its assembly process, depending on the level of protection a customer needs for their products in transit.
