“A good supplier delivers what was agreed upon, but a true industrial partner goes further,” says Larissa Morandi, Administrative Director. “They understand the challenge, share the responsibility and work to safeguard the client’s results.”
That client-first mindset is reinforced by WConex’s stock of special alloy steel materials, including Super Duplex, stainless steel, Copper Nickel and Inconel. Ready availability helps it respond when urgent requirements threaten schedules. For each request, WConex reviews technical specifications, application, delivery location, quality standards and price, balancing commercial competitiveness with the technical skill and dependability clients expect.
Technical Depth Across the Project
WConex customizes its supplies and services to each client’s needs. It supplies pipes, fittings, sheets and accessories while also providing fabrication, maintenance, assembly and integrity services. Manufacturing work includes piping spools, tanks, pressure vessels, metal structures and specialized equipment. Engineering teams support project development and field work, while inspection services help verify material and structural integrity.
WConex’s two manufacturing facilities in Guaratiba, Brazil, support that scope. G1 handles storage and manufacturing of special-alloy materials, while G2 expands capacity for higher-demand work. With an average production capacity of 60 pipe joints per day and 120 tons of metal structures per month, they power WConex’s integrated supply and fabrication model. Its clients include Petrobras, Modec and SBM Offshore.

WConex supplies and manufactures industrial equipment, piping, metal structures and special-alloy materials for industrial, offshore, onshore and subsea applications. Operating in Brazil, it combines fabrication, engineering, inspection, maintenance and field support with customized service, quality control and responsive project execution.
That responsiveness was tested when a client needed a 24-inch-diameter spool for a critical operation. Under normal conditions, the work would have taken about 25 days. WConex brought multiple departments together, sourced alternative raw materials, assessed material compatibility and developed a more efficient construction method. The spool was delivered in seven days while maintaining the required quality, safety and performance standards.
Flexibility Without Losing Control
The project illustrates how WConex adapts to each assignment. Its teams assess material suitability, review delivery schedules and coordinate among departments to reduce delays. That integrated model gives customers access to different project stages through a single company, rather than managing separate providers for supply, fabrication, engineering and inspection.
Each project is also an opportunity to build a lasting relationship rather than complete a one-time transaction. WConex works to understand the client’s challenge, share responsibility and pursue better results together. That long-term view complements its focus on keeping commitments, communicating clearly and responding responsibly when difficulties arise.
Above all, for WConex’s leadership, overcoming daily challenges would not be possible without Jesus’ guidance. Matthew 6:33 expresses that faith: “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added to you.”
That emphasis on guidance and support also shapes WConex’s internal culture of collaboration. Employees are encouraged to exchange ideas, share knowledge and contribute to decisions, while direct access to senior management helps shorten communication paths. Listening to people involved in day-to-day work helps the company identify better methods and solve problems before they affect delivery.
Preparing for Changing Industrial Demands
The same listening process extends to customers. Many improvements have come from understanding field challenges and new project requirements. Continuous learning, employee development and technical updates help WConex translate changing industry demands into practical responses for clients.
Supply chains, technologies and project requirements continue to evolve, and WConex intends to remain prepared for both immediate needs and future challenges. Its combination of material availability, manufacturing capacity, technical expertise, integrated execution and accountable communication gives clients a consistent path from urgent supply requirements to complex industrial work while preserving the quality and reliability expected over time.
